Who we are
Joltwave Bespoke Sdn Bhd (registration number 202401034892 (1638295-X)) is a Malaysian-registered private limited company operating a custom-furniture workshop at Lot 14 Jalan Industri Cheras Indah 4, Taman Industri Cheras Indah, 43200 Cheras, Selangor.
What information we collect
- Contact information you submit through the contact form: your name, email, optional mobile/WhatsApp, the collection you are interested in, and the brief you write.
- Correspondence you send by email or WhatsApp: the content of your messages, including any photographs you attach.
- Information you share during workshop visits and site surveys: measurements, photographs of your space, and notes from our conversation.
- Basic technical information from our hosting: standard server logs that record visitor IP addresses, browser type and pages visited. These are kept for fourteen days for security purposes.
How we use it
- To reply to your brief and prepare drawings and quotations.
- To carry out the design and build of any commission you confirm.
- To contact you about your project — updates, photos from the bench, and delivery scheduling.
- To honour our aftercare commitments for as long as your piece is in use.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations under Malaysian law.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not add you to any newsletter or marketing list without an explicit request from you.
- We do not share your contact details with our timber suppliers, finishing-product suppliers, or any third party other than our delivery transport when arranged.
How long we keep it
Quotation-stage enquiries that do not progress to a commission are deleted from our project files after twelve months. Confirmed-commission records are kept for the lifetime of our warranty plus an additional six years (to meet Malaysian tax-record retention requirements).
Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw consent to processing, and to request deletion of data we no longer need.
Send any such request to [email protected] and we will respond within fourteen working days.
